Our space comfortably accommodates events of approximately 125 guests. Larger gatherings may also be possible depending on seating, tables, and the overall setup of your event.

The ballroom works beautifully for weddings, receptions, birthday and anniversary celebrations, bridal and baby showers, family reunions, private parties, meetings, workshops, and more. Your rental includes use of the ballroom and dance floor, built-in sound system, large retractable screen, party lighting, and refreshment are with a refrigerator and sink.

Absolutely. Outside catering is welcome, and two large countertops can be set up within the event space for buffets, desserts, appetizers, or other food displays. A refreshment area with a refrigerator and sink is also available for your use.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in outside caterers, DJs, bartenders, photographers, decorators, and other event professionals. We’re happy to work alongside your vendors to help make setup as seamless as possible.

Yes. Beer, wine, and liquor may be served at private events, but alcoholic beverages may not be sold on the premises. Any alcohol service must comply with applicable laws and venue policies.

For the safety of our guests and the ballroom, open-flame candles are not permitted in the ballroom. Candles must be battery operated. Sterno may be used for catered food service. Additional decorating and event guidelines will be reviewed with you before your rental.

Yes. You’re welcome to personalize the ballroom for your event within our decorating guidelines. We’ll review any restrictions with you before your rental so you know exactly what is permitted.

Yes. Tables and chairs are available for your event, along with black or white table and chair covers. Colored sashes and table runners are also available upon request and subject to availability.

Venue rentals are available in reserved time blocks, with additional time available for purchase when needed. Our team will work with you to determine the amount of time needed for your event, including setup and cleanup.

Yes. Our on-site parking lot provides ample parking for most events. For larger events requiring additional parking, a nearby lot is available with convenient transportation to and from the ballroom.
